Scheduling the service was very easy and they were able to get me in the next day. I drove to the dealership to drop off my car and they gave me a shuttle back home. Horrible customer service won’t buy a vehicle or use their service department again. I have a 2023 4xe that’s been in the shop for over two this time not counting the multiple times before but won’t eve their service department again. I have a 2023 4xe that’s been in the shop for over two this time not counting the multiple times before but won’t even give us a loaner have no vehicle to drive have to borrow cars to work it’s really sad that I paid 60900 for a vehicle and only 11000 miles on it and can’t even get a loaner never happened before every company honors there products not this one More
