Short staffed, no loaners, and extended lead times on parts. The service desk personnel are always very helpful and professional, but their hands are somewhat tied without available labor, vehicles, or p parts. I don’t believe they actually complete the multi-point inspection as they claim to. Out of the six items they claimed need attention soon, three of them were on the list the last time my vehicle was servi inspection as they claim to. I made a 1000 hr appointment on the service web page a couple days in advance. Brought it in to have the VA State Insp and recall work done. Got to the Chesapeake dealership at 0940 and they completed the couple days in advance. Brought it in to have the VA State Insp and recall work done.
