I first want to say this would be a 1 star, but I will give it a 2 because of the service the Pensacola location provided. I tried to schedule test drives for several vehicles at the GMC and the Nissan lo give it a 2 because of the service the Pensacola location provided. I tried to schedule test drives for several vehicles at the GMC and the Nissan locations in Foley. I clearly asked for specific cars to drive, and both times the main car I wanted to test drive, a Kia Sportage, wasn't at the locations but yet wanted me to come back another day to waste my time. The answer is no. If I ask for these cars to be available, the expectation is for them to be available. At the minimum, there should be a call made saying which cars aren't here so I know not whether or not to come. Even though I wasn't able and STILL not able to test drive a Sportage, there was a Mazda CX9 2023 car I was interested in at the Foley location. This place would have sold me a car that had a damaged grill and a front bumper that needed to be replaced. They expected me to pay what was being asked and not include a power train warranty. I understand places don't want to take losses, but I have no doubt the car would have been sold to me in this condition if I agreed to buy it, and I would have taken the loss. Additionally, the autocheck shows an accident but doesn't state where the damage was or how severe the accident was. Obviously, I have an idea where the damage occurred, but Sandy Sansing is expecting me to take a risk while not wanting to provide a warranty, which should be included in a damaged car like this. I was even still considering purchasing said vehicle as long as a powertrain warranty and fixing the damage were included. No one at the Foley location would even look into or investigate any further about the accident claim and treat it as if it wasn't a big deal that the car had an accident reported, even though they were asking me to pay almost 27k out of my pocket for it. It took me going to the Pensacola location, where the staff actually looked more into the incident where the damaged grill and broken bumper were discovered. So I will give props and a thank you in this regard. However, I was also told I would be getting photos, and I had to call multiple times because the person I spoke with never sent them, just to be told the person I spoke to and her backup were off today. It takes another salesperson to finally get the photos. Sandy Sansing definitely tried its best not to do business with me. To top it all off, I still, as mentioned above, NEVER test drove a Sportage. Obviously, they want me to take my business somewhere else, which is a shame because I could afford any car on their lot. I recommend people look elsewhere when trying to buy a car. More
