I was very disappointed with my experience. My vehicle failed its safety inspection because of a headlight issue that your dealership said it couldn't repair. I was then forced to take my vehicle to another dealership, where the issue was diagnosed and repaired without any problem. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted my time, and made me question the level of expertise in your service department. I expect a dealership to be capable of handling common repairs or, at the very least, provide a reasonable solution instead of sending customers elsewhere. Your dealership needs to invest in better-trained technicians and improve the overall quality of its service. To make matters worse, my vehicle was returned with the interior dirtied from the inspection process, showing a lack of care and professionalism. Overall, this experience fell far below my expectations, and I have little confidence in returning for future service. More

I spent 3,200 to get my truck out the shop and only having the vehicle for 1 hour after picking up I have had the same issues that initially caused me to bring to dealership! I had know problems with the people they were good at their jobs. The issue is with you automated system for making appointments. I made appointment for Southern I NPN and got a reminder for an appointme their jobs. The issue is with you automated system for making appointments. I made appointment for Southern I NPN and got a reminder for an appointment in Chesapeake. I called the number on the reminder that sent and they couldn’t find an appointment for me. I then called Southern in NPN and they didn’t have an appointment for me. After I finally talked to a service advisor I was able to schedule. That automated system you are using is a complete failure and needs to either be replaced or fixed. If I the same issue again I will just schedule with a dealership that is not connected with Southern. More
