The service department needs serious help. They always act so annoyed when you come in. I have had nothing but issues with my car and everytime I leave something is still wrong with it. The part I had them put back on the car on Friday 2/23 partially fell off again and I had to go to a gas station and they zip tied it. More

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to get a piece of my dash changed. Who ever ordered the part did not read that they are going to break my main on screen when they try to replace it. Thankfully I h of my dash changed. Who ever ordered the part did not read that they are going to break my main on screen when they try to replace it. Thankfully I had a tempered glass screen protector on it or it would have shattered. Instead it has cracks and chips in it. No one ever called me and informed me of any of this, or told the representative at pick up to tell me. Highly disappointed in the whole experience. More

I have called about 5-6 times leaving 2-3 voice mails when my car was in the shop for over a week, and I never got a call back about my vehicle. I got a call back 2-3 days after my last call saying that when my car was in the shop for over a week, and I never got a call back about my vehicle. I got a call back 2-3 days after my last call saying that the part that they needed hasn't come in yet. If the part was not in yet, why was I left without my car for over a week? More
