Did not properly diagnose problem I brought my 2017 Sierra in for engine sputtering issue. The initial diagnoses was bad fuel pump. I was told issue was address and fixed. With 10 min I brought my 2017 Sierra in for engine sputtering issue. The initial diagnoses was bad fuel pump. I was told issue was address and fixed. With 10 min of picking the vehicle up I noticed the issue persisted. I contacted GMC and had to bring the truck right back in. This time they told me that the issue was with the transmission fluid to which GMC put out a notice to change for my model. The truck only has 17000 miles and already needed a fluid transfer for the transmission. More

Honest reliable & great customer experience I mostly just go in for the free for life oil changes, but have also have had some minor work done as needed. I never feel unwelcome or bombarded wit I mostly just go in for the free for life oil changes, but have also have had some minor work done as needed. I never feel unwelcome or bombarded with a list of "must do's" for my car. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the waiting lobby and the free coffee and bottled water! :) Nice place! Concerted Effort to get the Correct Part I needed my driver side heated mirror to be replace. Tammy informed me that the part was unfortunately discontinued.
