We were offered snacks, hot coffee, and other beverages while we waited, and our vehicle was ready much sooner than expected. R.T. suggested a complete fuel system maintenance, which we did. When the work was finished, the paperwork took only minutes to complete and the SUV was brought around for us. During this short time that we waited for service repairs on our Sorrento, we visited the Sales Department, met with T. J. Catafio, took a test drive, and purchased a 2018 Kia Niro. We are now a two-Kia family and are very happy. More

oil Change My service writer was was very rude and impossible to work with when I told her that I wasn’t doing what she wanted done. I had a check engine light on and gave her a copy of onstar repert which she ignored wanted me to spend $1200 plus . I followed the owners manual and cleared the problem up. I felt that I should not have been charged the $109 to run engine light when I give the information to start with. More

A/c and Defroster I final decided to have both my ac and defroster fixed. With gm strike going on I had to wait on parts. Once the gm strike was over, Tammy aided me i I final decided to have both my ac and defroster fixed. With gm strike going on I had to wait on parts. Once the gm strike was over, Tammy aided me in getting the work done by keeping me informed and updated. My dash had to be removed to get to the parts. The mechanics do a excellent job for I could not tell that It had been removed. Both ac and defroster work great. More

While in for service the technicians found the car was out of alignment, needed tire rotation and it also needed a new air filter. I bought the car there recently and needed a "benchmark" for future services, so was happy to get these things taken care of. They found a nail in one tire and patched it; also fixed a computer problem that was part of a recall I was not aware of. As soon as I got home the recall notice was found in my mailbox; happy to say it was taken care of and I don't have to go back. Thank you for prompt, reliable service that gives me driving peace-of-mind! More
