Poor communication. Made an appointment expecting work to be done during the work day. Rented a car. Our car was not touched for days. When we complained about the delay, we were told they were short staffed and that others had been waiting a week or longer. They gave us a loaner and proceeded to have our car for another several weeks. They did not fix the original problem we reported. they failed to keep us informed what was going on and only made a point to call us when they claimed maintenance was done and wanted their money. After a couple days, they threatened to charge us for the loaner if we didn’t bring it back that day… after having our car for a month! More
I was very happy with Southern Kia. I was there a few minutes early for my appointment. The service advisor got me right in. I got my car done in a timely fashion. My only dislike was the chairs in the waiting room in the new car sales room. They are too close to the ground. I tried getting up and I almost fell because the chair tilted forward. The front bracket is like a U-shaped or a shape and it rolls forward. Very comfortable though, but they could be another 6 inches higher. More
