Service center sucks. My appointment to fix a part they broke was rescheduled 5 times due to not enough techs. One service writer Mike rescheduled me for a Saturday he knew they didn’t have enough techs, then didn’t put my appointment in the computer. He also called me several times to ask what the appointment for for, then told me they didn’t have the part they had ordered for me after I had a tech put hands on said part to make sure it was there. Then called me back to tell me they magically found the part with my name on it. I dealt with this service center for 3 months of rescheduling my appointment. More

Could not schedule any repairs or the recall replacement due to “no qualified GMC mechanics”. They also wanted $47 to rotate tires and reset inflation data and $240-$300 to replace the fuel filter. Had to schedule all repairs and recall replacement at a different GMC dealer 30 miles away. Totally Unsatisfactory. Gave them 2 Stars instead of 1 Star because the oil and filter change was done within the times for my appointment. More
