The service that I have been receiving a few months before my engine failed has been horrible. There's a new service team and the communication is still off. My previous service I needed an oil change and brake. I was told I need an appointment for brakes. Okay no problem. I get there today. Now I'm being told i need a diagnostic on my brakes. Why wasn't I told this at the last appointment. Then to sum it up...they may or may not have the brakes in. I purchased my car there, and I would like to continue getting it serviced at this location. The communication between service and the customer needs to improve. They wasted my time today. More

I went at 9:30am for Express Service on my 2024 K5 and was told that service had been returned to appointment only. Thanks to Bobby(the car hop) I explained I lived 40miles away he intervened and spoke to was told that service had been returned to appointment only.
