Why wasn't I told this at the last appointment. Then to sum it up...they may or may not have the brakes in. I went at 9:30am for Express Service on my 2024 K5 and was told that service had been returned to appointment only. Thanks to Bobby(the car hop) I explained I lived 40miles away he intervened and spoke to was told that service had been returned to appointment only.
