My biggest complaint is the phone system used there. I had an appointment for over a month and there was not rentals available while my truck is in for service. I was never told how long my inspection/ repair would take. I called around 1500 and asked for an update and they couldn’t give me an update. So I drove to the shop around 1730 and they also could not give me an update and told me everyone left at 1700. I was lucky enough to get my truck back with nothing done to the truck. Complete waste of my day and overall unsatisfied with the customer service provided at this location. More
