Service was completed quickly. I dropped off the afternoon before my appointment and they were able to give me a ride home. They even got my service completed early. Terrible service. Dropped my car off for an 8:00 am appointment, had an alignment scheduled and asked for an estimate on a repair which we showed the attendant. When she called me back after being texted, she said they were looking at the car. I asked about the estimate , and she said I would get a call. By 4:00 pm, I still had heard nothing, so we drove to the shop. I simply asked for the car since I hadn’t heard anything. She said they now had it on the lift being worked on. When it was done, she asked me if I knew I had a problem with the same exact item I asked for an estimate on that morning. I was more than mad at the waste of the day with the car being there. I won’t go there again. More

I was told that oil change appoints were no longer done. When I arrived I was advised the policy changed back to appointments again. After a long delay, I did get an oil change.
