Great service department. Very helpful sevice team. My tires didn’t pass inspection after 19k and was referred to Michelin as the service manager said there was nothing that t Very helpful sevice team. My tires didn’t pass inspection after 19k and was referred to Michelin as the service manager said there was nothing that they could do. Vehicle is 7 years ago was the reason given. The sidewalls were separating from the trend. Once I replaced tires GMC reinspected my Terrain without an appointment and quickly, only about an hour waiting and I was good to go. I'm on my second request with Michelin, I'm not very confident in getting any of my money back. Service team said they see this often with the Michelin tires. Sad that companies don't stand behind their products. More
Dropped my car off for an appointment at 8:20 Thursday morning i contacted the service center two times and it is now Friday afternoon and the diagnostic has not been completed. I will pick my car up ton morning i contacted the service center two times and it is now Friday afternoon and the diagnostic has not been completed. I will pick my car up tonight when I can get a ride to the dealership without any service or finding out why my check engine light is on. More

Service people were very polite and courteous had car in before 8:00 a.m. and picked it up around 2:00 p.m. when called it was in for a recall for ignition problems on my Kia was told the part was not there before 8:00 a.m. and picked it up around 2:00 p.m. when called it was in for a recall for ignition problems on my Kia was told the part was not there and they would call me in a few days to reschedule the service when the part arrived it's still not here I guess because I've not heard from anyone need to call to find out what's going on my only complaint is they have not followed through with calling me to reschedule More
