The service Manager, Joe is completely untrustworthy, and a straight up LIAR! After speaking with his associates, Dan and Antwan, letting us know that the department did NOT even know our vehicle was incorre a straight up LIAR! After speaking with his associates, Dan and Antwan, letting us know that the department did NOT even know our vehicle was incorrect logged, and that they had filed the paperwork incorrectly, this guy Joe proceeds to tell us that after a month with the vehicle everything is as planned. Joe specifically should NOT be in this position. Do Not trust or use Southern Gmc of Greenbrier to service your vehicle. Additionally, because of the new Owners mismanagement, it only gets worse. BEWARE! More

This dealership has been nothing short of an embarrassment for a service dept. in SERIOUS need for new management my car has been damaged and no repair for what was broken. Very good service though I was coming in for several things, one of them my trunk hard to open was told I need to pay $199 just to look at it. I said nevermind.
