Drove 2 hours for scheduled appointment for 3 recalls and replacement of window trim that was falling off. Picked up the car 6 hours later and found the next day that 3 of the 4 window trim pieces were loos replacement of window trim that was falling off. Picked up the car 6 hours later and found the next day that 3 of the 4 window trim pieces were loose and improperly installed. I called the service coordinator who offered me an appointment to come back in three weeks. I explained my frustration to which she replied “would you want to schedule that appointment then?” I said I’d rather speak with the service manager and she replied that she would have him call me. The Service Manager did call about an hour later and he was far more professional and apologetic. By the time he called, and in my frustration I had already pounded the loose fasteners into position and properly seated the trim. The SM apologized again, gave me his direct line and thanked me profusely for bringing the matter to his attention. More
