The young man who helped me was great but another guy in there was just complaining. Service check-in area looks dumpy and it’s small. The visit before this one I was overcharged on a service. Was told I’d get a refund. Emailed that advisor at least 3 times and never got a response. I am used to the service department at Checkered Flag Toyota, which I would rate a 10, and Kendrick Chevrolet which I would rate a 8. This place needs a lot of work. I have spoken to at least two other people who have had bad experiences here. I want to be clear that the Service Advisors who are actually checking me in have always been friendly and professional. But the others and mechanics don’t know how to keep their negative comments out of customer earshot. They don’t seem happy to work there. Root cause in my opinion could be leadership and setting expectations, and creating a positive work atmosphere. More

Drove 2 hours for scheduled appointment for 3 recalls and replacement of window trim that was falling off. Picked up the car 6 hours later and found the next day that 3 of the 4 window trim pieces were loos replacement of window trim that was falling off. Picked up the car 6 hours later and found the next day that 3 of the 4 window trim pieces were loose and improperly installed. I called the service coordinator who offered me an appointment to come back in three weeks. I explained my frustration to which she replied “would you want to schedule that appointment then?” I said I’d rather speak with the service manager and she replied that she would have him call me. The Service Manager did call about an hour later and he was far more professional and apologetic. By the time he called, and in my frustration I had already pounded the loose fasteners into position and properly seated the trim. The SM apologized again, gave me his direct line and thanked me profusely for bringing the matter to his attention. More

Service was oil change made an appointment when I got there was very nice and hospitable. Went to wait in the Kia waiting area. was sent a text message when car was ready less than two hours.
