I have left several reviews. Called corporate ALL to no avail. NOTHING is going to change and this is a waste of everyone’s time. My car has been damaged by this dealership and not repaired! The ENTIRE service department needs an overhaul and BE MANAGEMENT. It was deplorable for me and every person sitting in the lobby on my last service appointment. One person has to call out from work because she has been waiting since 7:20am and her car still wasn’t finished at 11:07am.. It’s the WORST service known to man I promise and I’ve been in customer service for my entire career!! As I’ve stated before I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER KIA SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! It’s like night and day from the Toyota, Acura and Volvo dealership that service my other vehicles…SHAMEFUL to call it SERVICE more like TORTURE to be honest. Kia needs to stop sending out these surveys and FIX THE PROBLEM!! I wish I could speak to someone and tell them just a few of my experiences there. More

I had a long stay with my vehicle at this dealership, but in the end, the managers and techs made it right by providing me with a rebate that exceeded 95% of what I originally paid. I had an issue with the power steering pump which led to steering issues and power braking issues. Southern GMC was able to order a new power steering pump and confirmed the hydro boost was not affected an steering issues and power braking issues.
