Waited a month for an appointment. Brought my Kia Rio in for a recall on a defective fuse that could potentially start a fire. Drove 2 cars from the OBX of NC since they insisted we dr Brought my Kia Rio in for a recall on a defective fuse that could potentially start a fire. Drove 2 cars from the OBX of NC since they insisted we drop it off. After 2 vehicles, 2 days off work and a 3 hour round trip was told they have to order the part. I AM LIVID!! More

They are the worst, no communication. We had appointment and when we took it They claim we didn't have. Had to fine the message to prove we had.
