Poor communication. Made an appointment expecting work to be done during the work day. Rented a car. Our car was not touched for days. When we complained about the delay, we were told they were short staffed and that others had been waiting a week or longer. They gave us a loaner and proceeded to have our car for another several weeks. They did not fix the original problem we reported. they failed to keep us informed what was going on and only made a point to call us when they claimed maintenance was done and wanted their money. After a couple days, they threatened to charge us for the loaner if we didn’t bring it back that day… after having our car for a month! More

I was very happy with Southern Kia. I was there a few minutes early for my appointment. The service advisor got me right in. I got my car done in a timely fashion. My only dislike was the chairs in the waiting room in the new car sales room. They are too close to the ground. I tried getting up and I almost fell because the chair tilted forward. The front bracket is like a U-shaped or a shape and it rolls forward. Very comfortable though, but they could be another 6 inches higher. More

The service technician, in the maintenance department was extremely outstanding, courtesy, and respectful. I contacted the dealership in regards to a 2022 GMC Sierra SLT with 8696 miles as indicated by Carfax for predelivery service by the dealership on Dec. 21, 2023. I explained I did not want to drive app Sierra SLT with 8696 miles as indicated by Carfax for predelivery service by the dealership on Dec. 21, 2023. I explained I did not want to drive appx. 1hr if the vehicle was not available at the price advertised. I was told it was available and at the advertised price. My wife and I drove to the dealership and found the vehicle had over 12,000 miles, was extremely dirty, and was in need of several repairs. I asked the sales mgr. Muhammad about the discrepancy and he said it must have been an error. I told him someone at the dealership had been driving it or the service dept. had falsified the mileage when servicing the vehicle in Dec. Muhammed assured me no one at the dealership was driving or had been driving the vehicle. Bottom line, the differences in the condition of the vehicle and the explanations offered for the discrepancies, led us to believe we could not trust the personnel and the vehicle, so we left to drive the additional hour back home. What a waste of time. More
