They don't have their own towing truck even they offer a free towing you will wait for a day before it get towed. They don't have a shuttle service so that if your vehicle get service you don't need to get stuck waiting for your vehicle or waiting somebody give you a ride. I purchased a Certified 2016 GMC Sierra here less than 2 months ago and now I missed work because my truck will start but it die and called them to get my car get towed but takes forever. I contacted the salesman to get assistant but he was not really helpful and don't care, what a customer service right there. Plus when I bought this truck supposed to I have a month of hotspot and onstar service free trial but when I called onstar they said that something wrong with my onstar module so I lost my month free trial. Plus too many negative things or experienced I had with this dealearship. To many too mentioned in a short period. More
