I was also amazed to see how high of an interest rate the Kia financing was for someone with a credit score well over 800. I forgot to check during the negotiations, so I found that out after the fact. I will be sure to refinance this vehicle as soon as I can. Sales manager rude Even when shown an exact trim of another vehicle the sales manager was not willing to negotiate the price of the used vehicle we bought. He was insult Even when shown an exact trim of another vehicle the sales manager was not willing to negotiate the price of the used vehicle we bought. He was insulting to my son in law who was buying the car. The finance guy was great and friendly and even commented on the managers attitude with us. I have bought cars from southern VW and never expected to be treated the way we were. It’s a week later and they still don’t have the paperwork right and now they want us to pay another $800 because they got the payoff wrong on our trade in. Terrible service so far More
