He kept interrupting us every time we spoke about the pricing and what features were in the vehicle, he lied about one of the car’s feautures, the 2019 KiA Sorento (saying it had a satellite top down camera on it instead of the four view camera system), he withheld the extra costs that came with the vehicle like the warranty and services after we’d told him time and time again what our cost budget was. He kept us waiting for hours while signing our contract agreements. I would never deal with him again, everyone else was fine but to us, but he was terrible. More

He is very personable and willing to spend time with the buyers to familiarize them with all the features. He escorted us from buiding to building when it was time to finalize the sale, and he waited patiently for us. And we really appreciated his bringing bottles of cold water. Mr. Whitfield is the perfect salesman. He knows his product well and is courteous and pleasant with the buyer who is making the decision to buy or not.
