I'm frustrated because the guy who was serving me tried to accuse me of not being a Southern hospitality customer. He stated in a rude tone we need to see proof that ur a member or we can't service you h to accuse me of not being a Southern hospitality customer. So rgen he questioned whether I brought the vehicle from here like I wouldn't know where I brought my vehicle from. I did added that I brought several vehicles from here. He replied will give you service today but we can't give you the discount next time. Later we a tally looked for proof I even showed lold papers from service then they finally found my document and he did not say he was sorry for accusing me of not being a member. Just bad customer service . More
