Sean Wales is an excellent service advisor who has gone above and beyond what is expected. He has made calls to Acura Division reps in order to ensure my vehicle has been covered for warranty repairs. He is always honest and willing to tell me which services are actually needed for my vehicle, not just trying to make the extra dollar. I'll continue to use Hall Acura Newport News service and I'll make sure Sean Wales is my advisor until he becomes a service manager. More
