While there were none that quite met my needs at that moment, Mr. Jackson followed up via phone with other cars that he thought would interest me, even offering to pick me up at my home to show me the car(s). Finally Mr. Jackson called to inform me that he felt he had found the car that suited all my needs. It was perfect! I purchased the car and I could not be any happier with my purchase. Prior to going to Hall Acura a friend had recommended Keith Duncan at Hall Acura. She had boasted about the professionalism and positive experience she had working with Keith Duncan. I was very nervous about purchasing a car because I had never been the decision maker in a car purchase before. I did not trust car salesmen until I worked with Keith Duncan. He was not pushy and helped me understand the value in my selection. I was trying to decide between 2 different cars and he patiently explain the value in th Acura products while at the same time not speaking negatively about the Lexus. I can distinctly recall Keith telling me that once I buy an Acura, I would always be and Acura customer. He was correct since I have owned 4 Acuras. Keith always follow up with me about the latest service specials, new models and whatever upgrades are available. He helps me make appointments for service and make sure I have a service loaner to drive if the service will require an extended period of time. The dealership has a very calming atmosphere, always clean and comfortable. The lounge is comfortable with the flat screen TV and the comfortable furnishings. I HATE to buy new vehicles and Joe Connors and Bob Saunders made it SO easy! We actually bought 2 used vehicles within a 30 day period and each transaction was great. We went in the dealership to purchase a car that they ended up not having. They said they expecting the car in about 3 weeks. We ended up putting a down payment to hold the car so once it came it it wa ended up not having. They said they expecting the car in about 3 weeks. Within about 5 days of putting the down payment down we got a call from the dealership saying they got the car. We set up an appointment that night. We went in for our appointment and our sales person, Daryl Hoe, went over every book with us and helped us pair our phones to the car and showed us how to use just about every feature on the navigation system. This Acura Dealership is one I would send any family or friend to buy a vehicle or service. Right from the start I was treated like as if I was part of the family. They did not have exactly what we were looking for on their lot but my wife and I explained what we wanted and they found what we wanted at another lot of thiers. They said they could have it there in a few hours. And they did, was very pleased what we saw, it had some minor scatches and a ding in the hood. They said no problem they would fix all to our satisfaction. And if we did not like it afterward we could walk. They had their detailer buff it all up and our salesman Joe Connors went on his own behalf to call the dent doctor to fix the dent the right way. Looked AWSOME!!!! so we bought it. I have to say I purchased many cars and trucks in the past and this was the best experience by far. All right to the point and no games.
