This was my second purchase from this dealership. The first was in 2002 and I was impressed then about the saleman, whom I can't remember, but I can remember the service department person who gave me exc first was in 2002 and I was impressed then about the saleman, whom I can't remember, but I can remember the service department person who gave me excellent service, Heyward Williams. he made sure my wifes car, an Acura TL, was maintained in top condition. Now this experience with Steve Leary on the purcahase of my 2009 MDX was also a most enjoyable experience. I have wanted one since 2002 and glad I waited. Steve gave me my pre-flight check-out and a rundown of all the electronics. He knew his product and even though it was a sure sell it was good to see and hear a saleman who had done his homework. I will definitely tell anyone considering an Acura to go see Steve and your wonderful Staff. I was also glad to see Heyward Williams is still with you. You Guys Rock!!! More

Recently I purchased a 2009 Acura TL. My experience was GREAT! As a matter of fact this is my 4th Acura purchased at Hall Automotive in Newports Va. My sales representative was Morris mebane. I was told GREAT! As a matter of fact this is my 4th Acura purchased at Hall Automotive in Newports Va. My sales representative was Morris mebane. I was told that he was fairly new but I was quite impressed with his attire and professionalism. Mr. Mebane took his time with me and wasn't pushy, which made me feel comfortable about purchasing my new Acura. It was because of his patience and outstanding knowledge of the vehicle that definitely made me purchase the new car even though I had come in for an oil change. Upon purchasing the Acura, Mr. Mebane made sure my car was clean from top to bottom and he also came to my house to ensure that my garage door could be opened using the Home-Link and to demonstarate some other features in my car to me which was very helpful. Mr. Mebane is a very pleasant and courteous person to work with and he is absolutely a keeper with top-notch qualities and an important asset to Hall Acura. May I say my rating of Hall Acura on 09-10-09 included some "operator error" on my part. The Ratings for Hall should have been FIVES across the board. NOT fours. I come in for service all the time, this last experience was by far the best. I usually deal with Mike, but he no longer works there. Ronald Lamb is my new service advisor, and he did a great job. Normally when I come in I have to wait for my car, but this time I was offered a loaner vehicle to run to some stores. While Ronald was helping me, the other advisor Daniel helped him through the process. They showed a great display of teamwork and effort to treat me right! This is what I call "Top Notch Service" definetly something you would expect from an Acura dealership. More
