So we entered Hall Acura Newport News looking at the 2016 Acura ILX, and that's when Devin Sheldon stepped in. He helped my family and I by walking us through all the available cars at the Newport News dealership, and specifically showing us the 2016 ILX and all of its features in the A-Spec, Premium, and Tech packages. My family and I were adamant on purchasing the Tech Package because of the leather interior, and built-in GPS. Devin assured us that he would find us the right ILX, and he was not wrong. My mother loved a Catalina Blue Pearl colored ILX with the A-SPEC package installed, but we were aiming for one with the Tech package. Devin was helpful in showing us a Crystal Black Pearl colored ILX, but we weren't sold on the color of the exterior or the interior. From there, Devin worked hard to meet our demands of a built-in GPS (Tech Package) 2016 ILX in a rare Catalina Blue Pearl color. My family and I were deeply impressed by both Devin's professionalism and zealousness to meet our needs and desires in the ILX, and when he found an Acura ILX that we were looking for in Virginia Beach. He had the car shipped to us after we put a down payment of $1500, and we are now proud owners of a 2016 Catalina Blue Pearl Acura ILX! We appreciate and love Devin and his team at Hall Acura Newport News and we would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to purchase a new car! More

After talking with Andrew, he provided me a tag so I could test drive the car with my own mechanic. After I returned and was satisfied with the car, we began discussing terms. The bottom line is that I did not even go to see the other cars, Andrew (and team) were very reasonable & accommodating. The deal was closed! The entire process of purchasing the car went very smoothly and without issues. Andrew was very proactive and called several times to follow-up to make sure I was satisfied with everything. A very good experience during my RDX car buy I drove 60 miles to get here instead of visiting Crown of Acura which is my local dealer because of the availability of vehicle I want. Compared to ot I drove 60 miles to get here instead of visiting Crown of Acura which is my local dealer because of the availability of vehicle I want. Compared to other past vehicle buys, this is the most pleasant one. After the deal is done, I figured out they are far better than my local dealer in terms of price, politeness, processing, and facility. No regret. Definitely recommend and will come back for next car buy or service. More

Go to Priority Acura Worst experience! I was lied to in order to purchase the vehicle. They have not fulfilled their end of the deal and now they are denying everything. A Worst experience! Also , when I took my car in for minor service, they kept my car for 5 days and left we with out any type of loaner. I had to rent a vehicle myself. When I finally picked my car up from service, all of the work that was suppose to be taken care of wasn't and my car had 0 gas in it and 135 more miles on the car then when I brought it in. I was given the run around again. If puns out later it was used as a personal car by the GM of Hall Acura Newport News. I ended up leasing a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ from Priority and had an amazing experience. I wish I never would have step foot on Hall's dealership and just gone to Priority. Hall Acura should get training from Priority. Hall Acura is no different then a independent dealer used car lot. More
Didn't feel like a customer I live in Richmond and I inquired about a older Acura the same day it was posted on the website. I was contact by headquarters to make an appt. I said sure I will be in the Hampton Roads area this Sunday. I was also interested in another vehicle at the Chesapeake location and asked could we get the vehicle moved. By the time my appt came Sunday, no one had contacted me letting me know which physical location the vehicle was nor that the vehicle was still in the shop and not ready for a test drive. The manager quoted "mame it was not my responsibility" and pointed the blame to other people. Overall I constantly had to call the dealership to receive an update (poor customer service) and would have still purchased the vehicle if we could have negotiated a little more. I felt like the time wasn't taken since I was interested in an older vehicle verses a new Acura. My model of customer service is ALL customers are valuable customers no matter what they are buying. Was very dissapointed with my experience. The only reason I gave this a star is because the two salemen I dealt with (Devin & Keith) were very pleasant. More
