I had excellent customer Service, as soon as I arrived to the dealership. I was treated very respectful and everyone was very professional at all times. I really liked how they did not have any "sales" press the dealership. I was treated very respectful and everyone was very professional at all times. I really liked how they did not have any "sales" pressure issues like most dealerships. They were very upfront on everything and price. They treated everyone the same no matter what. I was very observant and watched how detailed and patient they were with everyone. They accommodated me with whatever I requested and wanted. There was no "settling" with anything. I really liked that. I continue to have excellent customer service always and anytime I go there, whether I am there for service or buying something extra. I had an excellent buying experience at this dealership and continue to have excellent customer service. The only reason I gave a 4 on "price" question is because even though they gave a good price on my trade in, I would have liked a little more. More

All employees were very curious and professional. Environment was low pressure, salesman was very upfront about price and all fees (no surprises). However, I had already put a deposit on my car, so I was kind of stuck and their offer was at least better than Carmax's. More
