I have been dealing with Hall Acura of Newport News for a while now. This is the fourth car that I have purchased with them, and everytime I go back the customer service gets better and better. My experience at this dealership has always been excellent, if I have a problem which is rare it is taken care of in a timely and prompt manner. The people there are friendly, educated on the product and extremely helpful. If you are looking for an Acura and want an awesome buying experience shop here, you will not be disappointed. By the way Acura as a product is excellent and I have always been exceptionally pleased with the vehicle. We are an Acura family and will continue to shop at this dealership:) If there was a 15 out of 10 I would give it for this dealership. Ben was the most pleasant salesman I have ever met. He was very friendly and was an expert on cars. Expecting to be overwhelmed by a sales force at the front I came prepared , entering through a side entrance. Casually I walked around the showroom floor and viewed the available models on display. Not until I was ready to ask questions did someone acknowledge me and made themselves available to answer my questions. I felt comfortable at the dealership and reccomend anyone intertested in a buying an Acura, this is where you need to go. After doing my homework on the cars being offered and comfortable with the price range in mind beforehand, it was obvious to me that introduction to a sales person was next in line. Enter: Ben Sumter., very nice man to deal with. Again, no high pressure. We test drove a variety of Acura's. Allowing me the flexibility of taking it out on own was by far the most unexpected service he offered. Via e-mail Ben and I kept in touch regarding the car in mind. He was very flexible in accomadating my schedule and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Availing himself to meet my requests. Like it--want it--how much is it? Time to talk money? Meet Jack Anderson. Fast thinker. Has your best interest in mind and dealer's best in hand. Reasonable man, very personable, willing to negotiate. Decided to buy? You are greeted by the finance mangager and wisked away to Nate's office where your options are explained through obligatory video and printed lists. You may opt-out or add on at your discretion. I came in for a regular service; oil change. The service advisor; Mike, was very nice and explained that I needed other services for my MDX. He said that it would take 2-3 hours, and offered me a loaner veh advisor; Mike, was very nice and explained that I needed other services for my MDX. He said that it would take 2-3 hours, and offered me a loaner vehicle. When he gave me the keys to the loaner ... I HAD NO IDEA ThAT HE WAS GIVING ME A 2009 MDX! My MDX is a 2004, so the "experience" of driving a newer version of my vehicle was great. On my return to the dealership, Heyward Williams greeted me in the service dept and took me to the cashier. I was very surprised to find my vehicle was pulled up front and was even cleaned. My service experienc was more than I expected. I didnt want to spend as much as I did, but as explained my my service advisor, the services were needed and along with a 2009 loaner car, it couldnt have been any better ... GREAT job Mike K & Heyward. See you in 4000 miles :) More
I WAS BLOWN AWAY WITH THE THE SERVICE. THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS UNBELIVEABLE. AS SOON AS I ENTERED THE DOORS I WAS GREATED WITH A SMILE AND A GOOD MORNING. THEY WERE ALREADY WAITING FOR ME WITH PROFESSIONALISM WAS UNBELIVEABLE. AS SOON AS I ENTERED THE DOORS I WAS GREATED WITH A SMILE AND A GOOD MORNING. THEY WERE ALREADY WAITING FOR ME WITH MY APPOINTMENT READY AND I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT. I WAS ALSO NOT EXSPECTING SOMEONE TO DO A COMLPETE WALK AROUND OF MY VEHICLE WITH THEM POINTING OUT LITTLE THING I DIDNT EVEN NOTICE. IT WAS QUITE IMPRESIVE IF I DONT SAY SO MY SELF. I TO WAS GREATED BY THE SERVICE MANAGER AND WAS SHOWN TO THE WAITING ROOM THAT HAD COMPLEMENTRY BAGELS AND COFFEE. THEY HAD ME IN AND OUT IN A FLASH. I had excellent customer Service, as soon as I arrived to the dealership. I was treated very respectful and everyone was very professional at all times. I really liked how they did not have any "sales" pressure issues like most dealerships. They were very upfront on everything and price. They treated everyone the same no matter what. I was very observant and watched how detailed and patient they were with everyone. They accommodated me with whatever I requested and wanted. There was no "settling" with anything. I really liked that. I continue to have excellent customer service always and anytime I go there, whether I am there for service or buying something extra. I had an excellent buying experience at this dealership and continue to have excellent customer service. The only reason I gave a 4 on "price" question is because even though they gave a good price on my trade in, I would have liked a little more. More
