False advertisment. I felt that if there were "stipulations" then they should have said so in the commerical instead of having people come all the way to the dealership just to be disappointed. I think that is false advertisment, and something should be done about it. More

I leased a 2010 TL in April from Morris and Bob at Hall Acura Newport News and I WAS 100% HAPPY WITH BOTH OF THEM!! I was getting out of a 2006 TSX lease 2 months early and signing a new lease on the 2010 Acura Newport News and I WAS 100% HAPPY WITH BOTH OF THEM!! I was getting out of a 2006 TSX lease 2 months early and signing a new lease on the 2010 TL. Morris was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, as well as very courteous and polite. I felt that Morris listened to my needs and communicated with the Sales Manager, Bob Turner, on my behalf. The sales manager, Bob Turner, was also great to work with and his expertise in the leasing arena really paid off for me. A few months earlier, from a different dealership I got a quote on the exact same car I leased from Hall Acura Newport News. Bob's monthly payment was $100 LESS THAN the first quote I got!!! Working with Bob on this lease was very, very beneficial! Overall, I absolutely recommend taking your business to these two gentlemen!! So I took Hall up on its 7 day exchange policy. I have to admit - I was expecting total pushback and a complete run around, and a million excuses why it would cost me a lot extra to trade. And this is where the "WOW" came in. The trade was the easiest transaction I have ever conducted! The car I really wanted was polished and ready, waiting for me to return to claim it. Yes, the paperwork had to be redone, but you can't avoid that when there are vehicle titles and lienholders involved. It went quickly, and all the while both Bob and Morris made me feel that their only concern was that I had the car I really wanted - they wanted ME happy. So, while I went home "Happy" earlier in the week, I can honestly say that in the end - I am MORE THAN HAPPY! Hall put their money where their mouth is - they did the trade they advertise as a benefit to buying there. Go figure: A car dealership that actually does what it advertises!
