Devin is an amazing sales rep! The amount of respect this company show from the door to where they hand you the keys is just off the chains, we have stopped at other dealerships before this one and they were closing in 5 mins but they still took us in and did what they had to within 48 hours!! Not only was the experience amazing the amount of after hours explains it all of how they go beyond for people to feel like family and apart of their team!!! My husband and I had a very disappointing visit at your dealership today. While our experience with Emmanuel was excellent, the rest of the evening was less than desirable. We visited today after seeing on dealership today. While our experience with Emmanuel was excellent, the rest of the evening was less than desirable. We visited today after seeing online that you had a CR-V within our price range. When we got on the lot we checked out the vehicle and made contact with Emmanuel to see the inside. We let him know we just had our car deemed a total loss and that we are in the market for a newer Honda. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle and allowed us to take it for a test drive. While we were test driving we talked about the difference in sticker prices vs online prices as well as another car on the lot and realized the mileage for the vehicle we were interested in was incorrect online. After the test drive, we let him know we were very interested and would purchase the vehicle today if the online price was honored. After he spoke with his manager, Darrius came over and let us know it was a mistake and that they more than likely would not honor the price but that his manager was looking into it. Darrius tried to negotiate before even giving us an idea of what the price would actually be. We let him know that if the price shown online was not honored, we did not want to do business with them today. He walked away to talk to his manager and came back and said that they would not be honoring the price due to the mistake in mileage online. While I understand mistakes happen, the price should have been honored. Not only my time, but your salesman’s time was wasted this evening on an error that your dealership made. Emmanuel was a great salesman and I truly appreciate his time, however I do not think I will be recommending you all to anyone in the future. More
