I visited acura in the month of Dec 2019 with a major problem with my vehicle. Rick Fleming took the time to listen and make it right for me. I was concerned that another auto shop messed up my wonderful problem with my vehicle. Rick Fleming took the time to listen and make it right for me. I was concerned that another auto shop messed up my wonderful acura. The first time I brought to Rick and his team an attempt was made but the problem was not corrected. However what was awesome is that Rick still took ownership and tried to make it right again. This time it worked.
