I recently bought a used Mazda3 and with its purchase I decided to get the 3 year warranty. Well, low and behold I needed to use my warranty for a new transmission. With that said, I understand that "things happen" but I had many questions and concerns that went with my problem...so I reached out to Donna for her advice.
