This occasion was no different. Mr. Jay Fowlkes is a true professional and he has taken care of my Nissan vehicles for many years. I brought my vehicle in due to a "Service Engine Soon" light which appeared suddenly. Mr. Fowlkes took my vehicle in immediately for examination. Within a short period of time, Mr Fowlkes described the reason for the light, what it would take to repair, and the cost, to get the problem resolved. This is, in my opinion, terrific customer service and I wish other businesses would take notes on how to treat their customers from Mr. Fowlkes and Southern 441 Nissan. More

As a result, I ended up scheduling a test drive later that day and met Bob. He was extremely friendly and relaxed. He never tried to recommend more than I wanted and was more than willing to show me all be functions of the car I was interested in. Once I was et on the car I wanted to purchase, Bob brought out the True Car paperwork that matched what I had received online and then it was about 2-3 hours for the finance and paperwork. All in all it was a stressfree experience and I appreciated the entire team's friendliness and demeanor. More
