We actually got what we really wanted My husband and I went to the dealership just to browse around. We really did not need a new car, I was just curious as to the prices of the Nissan Rou My husband and I went to the dealership just to browse around. We really did not need a new car, I was just curious as to the prices of the Nissan Rouge. When I arrived I was greeted very nicely by Julio (the salesman). I told him the car I liked and wanted to test drive it. He showed me the vehicle I liked and suggested the better version of it. I was reluctant but as we walked by it, he didn't;t even needed to point it out to me, I was already in love with it. I test drove it and then we began negotiating. They offered me the most for my used car (yes , even more than Car-max.) Julio introduced us to the Manager as well as Willy (the Finance Director). We also met and dealt with Carlos (the finance manager) and Tony the (GM). Tony was a pleasure to meet and earned our business. The reason why we met all those people is because we were tough negotiators but in the end they worked with us. Our overall experience was great, which is very rare. More

Brian Kobus was awesome! Brian was excellent, took the time to sit down and explain what was found during the inspection and quote me prices. The visit before this recent one (back in November) I was told my suspension was bad and that it would cost me $2,100. So I got a second opinion and was told otherwise, and during my last visit It was not a problem, was in the green. So I’m assuming he was trying to scam me... anyways. I was happy with Brian’s service and know he was honest. I will only be making appointments with him from now on. More

Steve listened to what I was looking for in a new car, what I wanted to spend, and what I needed for a trade in reimbursement. When I arrived at the dealership he had all the paperwork completed and all I had to do was to pick out the car I wanted, test drive it, and sign the paperwork. He took the time to explain and set all the features on the car. Jay also came over to make sure I was happy with my purchase. We have bought 5 cars from this Nissan dealer and it is because of the excellent service we have received from Jay that we continue to purchase our cars at this dealership and now because of the the excellent customer service we received from Steve in the sales department. I just came in just to service my 2012 Nissan Altima and wound up purchasing a new Murano. Jay has been my service advisor for more than 7 years (this is my 3rd Nissan) and Jay has always been the best! He advises but never insists and looks out for my interest. Jay introduced me to Steve Cobb and I looked at the Rogue and the Murano. My Altima coupe was getting too small for my present needs. I had absolutely no intention of purchasing a new vehicle right then. Steve was so very patient, professional, knowledgeable and caring I ended up with a new Murano and I love it!! More
