As a result, I ended up scheduling a test drive later that day and met Bob. He was extremely friendly and relaxed. Once I was et on the car I wanted to purchase, Bob brought out the True Car paperwork that matched what I had received online and then it was about 2-3 hours for the finance and paperwork.
