NOT high pressure. No BS. I am easily scared off by sales people of any type, I was quickly turned off by my experience at a couple other dealerships before going to Southern 441 Nissan. I found the car online, spoke to Bob on the phone, I had to change our appointment time twice and he accommodated, had the car ready when I arrived. This is important: he showed me the car, did the test drive, and built trust BEFORE he started talking numbers. I asked to talk numbers when I was ready, which is how it should be. I was not planning on buying the car that day. I was planning on looking at others, but I did not feel like I was getting "sold" and I felt like I was getting a great deal on a lot of car with all the features I was looking for. All around a great experience, again, I was not there to buy a car that day. Bob and the other staff created an environment in which I felt in control and wanted to make a deal. The finance department was great as well. After the sale was complete, Bob stayed an hour past closing time with me to show me features and then helped me move my old car. Great experience. Highly recommended. Will tell people about my experience. 10/10 A+ for Bob and the others at Southern 441. More

Customer Service Experience When Nissan441 took over the old company, I took my car for service one day. I walked in and no one greeted me or say nothing to me. Even though I was the only person that walked in at the time. I am not sure why. I always have to stand there for a while before someone said how can I help you. I always get frustrated and wanted to go and try another dealership for my services. I always tell my wife of how they treated me. I had a BMW recently. when I go to BMW, as soon as I walked in the door, the employee always greeted me. That's customer service. However, when Mr. Robert Mcdonald is here, everything changed. I remember the first time I meet him, within second He greeted me and said " Sir, someone will be right with you". And that someone turned out to be him. He is very polite, delightful, amicable, professional and willing to help. My wife and I purchase a Nissan pathfinder and we were having problems figuring out the Bluetooth. I went to Nissan with my wife and kids. I walked in the service department. Again, within seconds Mr. Mcdonald said " Sir, I am finishing with a client and someone will be right with you". to my surprise that someone was him again. Even though he said someone will be right with you, no one else came but him. He came outside after he was done and help us with the Bluetooth. Now I know if my car has a problem whom to go too: Mr. Robert Mcdonald. I am not looking for everyone to drop everything that they are doing when someone walked in the door, however; greeting the customer and let him or her know that someone will be with them is crucial. Again, Mr. Robert Mcdonald is a great employee and he is an astounding asset to Nissan441. More

Great Dealer I was looking for a van and found one at this dealership. Rodney from accounting was just as great when I had to sign all the paperwork. I would definitely go back to Southern 441 Nissan and recommend them to people who ask. The only reason I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 for the price was because they weren't really willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. This was not Steve's fault he tried to get us everything we asked for and they did eventually agree to a lower the price slightly. Another great thing was that they gave me full asking price for my trade in which was amazing. All in all this was one of the smoothest and easiest times I have had purchasing a vehicle. More

This truck was exactly as advertised with nothing hidden and no sales pressure at all. We arrived around 4 PM on a Sunday, closed the deal that day and headed home Monday morning. Very impressed with the integrity of this dealership and professionalism shown to my wife and I. We would definitely recommend using this dealership for your vehicle needs.
