Do not do business with this dealership. They are shady and do not even know their own state laws. If a fee is not in the original contract, they cannot charge it. I was extremely professional in voicing my concerns related to the $999 Dealer fee that they illegally tried to force me into on my lease buyout. Per the federal leasing act, I am only responsible for fees that are disclosed in my original lease contract - should I wish to buyout my car at the end of the lease. When they continued to press and engage in deceptive practices, I responded with a professional, but stern, ultimatum demanding the illegal fee be removed or I will be forced to take my business elsewhere and file complaints with the appropriate parties. This led to the sales manager, Yury Golynsky, giving me a call where he was very combative, would not let me speak and ended with him cursing me out and hanging up. As someone who has been in customer service for 16+ years, if this is how I conducted myself - I would be unemployable. Absolute sham of a dealership. Calls to the local news outlets will also be made to expose the deceptive practices they try. More
