Worst Experience Ever Awful experience with this dealership. They have a used Nissan Rogue priced at 15,991 on their website A coupon was offered on their website for $750 Awful experience with this dealership. They have a used Nissan Rogue priced at 15,991 on their website A coupon was offered on their website for $750 off ANY New or Used Vehicle. Asked dealership to apply the coupon and I will proceed to purchase. They REFUSED to apply the coupon. Spoke with the General Manager, Ron Mayhall, who said he would honor the coupon and agreed to a sales price of 15,000 and would contact me with an email for the paperwork. Its been two days and a dozen phone calls later and I never heard from him. His staff Mike Pennachio said " I cant have my cake and eat it to" in regards to the coupon and will not honor the price agreed upon with the General Manager. I recommend avoiding this dealership. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of time and money and shop elsewhere. More

It's not that I look forward to coming back so much as that I don't dread it as I have with other dealerships in the past. NOT high pressure. No BS. I am easily scared off by sales people of any type, I was quickly turned off by my experience at a couple other dealerships before going to Southern 441 Nissan. I found the car online, spoke to Bob on the phone, I had to change our appointment time twice and he accommodated, had the car ready when I arrived. This is important: he showed me the car, did the test drive, and built trust BEFORE he started talking numbers. I asked to talk numbers when I was ready, which is how it should be. I was not planning on buying the car that day. I was planning on looking at others, but I did not feel like I was getting "sold" and I felt like I was getting a great deal on a lot of car with all the features I was looking for. All around a great experience, again, I was not there to buy a car that day. Bob and the other staff created an environment in which I felt in control and wanted to make a deal. The finance department was great as well. After the sale was complete, Bob stayed an hour past closing time with me to show me features and then helped me move my old car. Great experience. Highly recommended. Will tell people about my experience. 10/10 A+ for Bob and the others at Southern 441. More
