Never again One day, we have decided to buy a car. Kevin was helping us, nice guy. We had a test drive, we loved the Pathfinder, decided to negotiate the price. One day, we have decided to buy a car. The car we drove was over our budget, so we have decided to go with a different one, which Kevin said the ONLY difference were manual seats. It had little broken piece which they need to order and replace. We bought the car, got a tiny discount on it. Financed it, we were not explained about what the coverage was, but we got it anyways. It took "only" for about 6hrs to buy a car-I'm not sure if it's normal, but it was very quiet. Happy with new car didn't last very long; we found out it does't have the backing up camera and the sensors that beep when backing up on something. When we called Kevin, he told us he had no knowledge about it!?! After this problem, we decided to cancel the additional charges on the financing, since our car insurance offers more. We were waiting for their phone calls couple days until we decided to go there in person. My hubby spoke with the finance guy (I wish I remembered his name out of my head) who was very rude lunatic who could not stand us changing it. He was leaving his office multiple times screaming out loud that we don't have the right to do so, even though the policy says we do. We were able to change it, but for a fee (it was pretty much the discount we've got on price of the car). I am not sure why this person works with people, obviously he has some personal issues. I was very upset and called the manager (Jesus) and he told me that he can actually buy the backing up mirror for us and I would have to pay for installment. He also said they will call me a week after to replace the broken piece and solve the rest. For the record, I'm still waiting for their phone call, it has been more than 2 months. P.S: The car is making a clicking sound when driving 60mph + (found out about it little while ago). I am not looking forward to go there, probably will choose different store. I really don't trust them. Never again to these unprofessional people who promise you their nose between their eyes and nothing gets done. More

Used car experience I came here after researching a Chrysler 300 advertised on their website for about $23k. I started texting with the salesperson, Matt, and was excite I came here after researching a Chrysler 300 advertised on their website for about $23k. I started texting with the salesperson, Matt, and was excited to come in and test drive. After the successful test drive, the awkward negotiation process started, final out the door price I offered was $23k cash. When they could not meet my price and they now knew we were paying cash for the car, another manager who I do not recall his name, stepped in and said he has the "perfect" car for me. Brought around a 2015 BMW AMG with 7514 miles on it, seemed strange that this would be in our price range, but I test drove and asked for the car fax. This car had a SALVAGED TOTAL LOSS title on it. Why is this car in our price range? because no bank would finance and since we were paying cash they were trying to unload the car on us. Obviously, I had NO intention of purchasing this car, I did some research when I got home. A total loss title car essentially has NO value, NO resale value, VERY difficult to insure and register. Why would any HONEST establishment try and sell this car to us for over $20k CASH??? Since we left the dealership, the owner has reached out to make a deal and make me happy, really? These people are the reason why no one likes used car salesmen. More

When the rental company gave me a Nissan Rogue to drive, I liked how it felt driving. As I was speaking to the salesman, Mr. Ariel Mendoza, he pointed out all the safety features that were available. He took his time with me even though I arrived later in the evening. He didn't rush me out the door so he and his co-workers could go home. Mr. Mendoza and Mr. Evan Fleischman made me feel confident that this was the company and team with whom to work. They made my difficult and stressful week go a bit smoother. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. They gave me peace of mind informing me of the packages and safety features available. I love driving my brand new Nissan Rogue! And I certainly will be staying with this specific location and team. More

Evan and Hector were amazingly helpful and patient in allowing us to find the perfect silver/gray truck. Joe could not have been better explaining the financing and even gave us mortgage advice for our home! We love our new truck and love the gentlemen that work at this dealership. Very professional, direct, and honest. If I had more money I would have bought more trucks from these kind gentlemen in the red. More

It's a newer dealership (4 months old) and they are loaded with every model/trim you could possibly want. I was greeting with a warm welcome the moment I walked in, and right away they gave me world class service. Rick Alvino was my sales rep, and he is an absolute pleasure to work with.
