This was something I had noticed after I purchased the car in 2016, then when I had my first visit. Nothing was found at those times. So when it was explained that a spring in th front was detached and it was under my coverage, I was given a car to use since the wait time was extended to three hours more. I was happy to use my coupons For some of the other work I had done. I felt much was accomplished and the car actually had a smoother ride after. I had more work than I had planned but all of it would have been required at 15,000 miles, (my car is at 12,500 now) so I Okayed the work and will not have to return until the next scheduled time. More
