They prepared all the paperwork for her in advance, spoke to her insurance company and gave her a thorough and comprehensive walk-through of the new car. Not only were the negotiations transparent and painless, they drove the new vehicle to my mom's house and picked up her old vehicle and drove it back to the other brand's dealership. Poor customer service I live in GA and bought a car from 441 and had it shipped. Car arrived 9-5-18, title and paperwork was to be sent overnight. Ccomplete I was a bit early but did not have to wait. Xavier stepped in and I was on my way. This was something I had noticed after I purchased the car in 2016, then when I had my first visit. Nothing was found at those times. So when it was explained that a spring in th front was detached and it was under my coverage, I was given a car to use since the wait time was extended to three hours more. I was happy to use my coupons For some of the other work I had done. I felt much was accomplished and the car actually had a smoother ride after. I had more work than I had planned but all of it would have been required at 15,000 miles, (my car is at 12,500 now) so I Okayed the work and will not have to return until the next scheduled time. More
