They sell faulty unsafe Cars I purchase a car with electrical defects. When I went to have it services after a trip to NY about 7 thousand miles later, I was told that they would I purchase a car with electrical defects. When I went to have it services after a trip to NY about 7 thousand miles later, I was told that they would not stand behind their car and fix the defects nor provide me with 4 safe properly treaded tires. After 7,000 miles I was told that all 4 of my 50,000 mile tires need to be replaced and they have no problem remedying that for $1,000. I never felt so scammed. After going to multiple dealers, tires stores and automotive stores, I was told that they must have lied on the certification. No way do 50,000 mile tires rated 8 or better go to 3 or less in 7,000 miles. All I got was smoke and dances and from the various management, departments and general managers.. Until I get new tires now, I don't have my with and autistic car in the car when its raining. The vehicle is already hydroplaning and sliding in the rain. We were sold a very unsafe car and i don't know about Nissan, but I wont jeopardize the life of my family. No one wants to stand up and just say sorry and replace my tires with the same tires that were originally on my car. I guess I have to tke my affidavits and documentation to the government, social media and courts. More

Freindly and no hype - enjoyed dealing with everyone. I was at the showroom several different times and for a couple hours each time. I noticed that just about everyone working there (and in every departm I was at the showroom several different times and for a couple hours each time. I noticed that just about everyone working there (and in every department) seemed HAPPY?. I mean they work long hours in very a tough, competitive business but all the employees simply got along with each other, helped each other and made everything pretty much about the customers. In turn the customers seemed happy too. My salesman, Pierre was great! Super attentive and he listened to what WE were looking for (instead of doing what many salespeople do - tell you what THEY think you should be looking for). Pierre was VERY patient and greeted us with a smile each time we to the showroom. He allowed us to take all the time we needed to make a decision. Truthfully my wife and then my daughter were driving me a little crazy but he was patient the whole time. He must have ran out on the lot a dozen different times to bring out cars with the various option packages we were comparing. Pierre was also very knowledgeable, however if he wasn't completely sure about something he wouldn't try to BS - he'd take the time to find answer. Ultimately, he was the reason we purchased from this dealer instead of another nearby. More
