I bought a 2017 Murano Certified Select in September with an Online price that included a $1250 discount for financing…even though I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle. I met with a salesperson who showed me an Online price that included a $1250 discount for financing…even though I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle. I met with a salesperson who showed me the invoice for $18145 all in. I put $5000 down and expected the financing to be for the remaining $13145…and met with the finance manager, Michael Bentz, who told me of all the wonderful things I had like 2 year CPO bumper to bumper warranty when I was told I had six months on Certified Select, but forgot to mention it was $2200, and four oil changes when I had been told one, but forgot to mention it was $825, and a “gap protection” policy he forgot to mention for $995..and then “forgot” to take off the $1250 for the stupid financing agreement. So none of these numbers appeared on the final paperwork I signed and the $13,145 I thought I was financing was actually…$20,255!!! These people are dishonest xxxxxxxx. I had to fight tooth and nail to remove the extra $7000 from the finance agreement. When they were caught in the lie, they said I could bring the registered vehicle back if I wasn’t “happy”. I wrote to a VP at Nissan US and reported them. I got a call back and they sadly said the dealerships are franchises and they had little control over them. Be VERY careful with what you sign your name to with these clowns! They are a small town roadside lousy dealership with a Nissan sign on the front of the building, that does harm to the Nissan brand! I have been drivng Datsun/Nissan for decades…and this and the “sister” dealership, Nissan , are the worst “big box” dealers I have come across in 45 years! I would absolutely NEVER deal with them again. BUYER BEWARE! More
