We have dealt with many different dealerships during the past 40 years, but never has anyone showed us the professionalism, care and concern as Nissan did. Jean treated us like we were part of the family, Chris Robinson, Charlie Almanzar, and every other member of personnel. Needless to say, this is now our dealership of choice for all our family future cars and we will be referring Southern 441 Nissan to everyone we know. Very disappointed and disgusted This is what I think about Nissan...So, I lease a 2019 Nissan Frontier midnight edition vehicle on 11/10/2019...The sales experience was great...I've This is what I think about Nissan...So, I lease a 2019 Nissan Frontier midnight edition vehicle on 11/10/2019...The sales experience was great...I've had the truck now for roughly 3 months,11 weeks to be exact. So when driving the truck I noticed an extremely slight vibration/shimmer in the steering wheel as well as sometimes a slight bouncing in my body... It wasn't a bouncing of the steering wheel, it was just a slight shimmer. I've owned 3 trucks previously and don't remember ever feeling this. It was very intermittent and extremely hard to tell because of the changes in the roads that I have been driving on. Me, not being in a truck for awhile figured that this was normal, its a brand new truck so what could possibly be wrong? Maybe this is how the new trucks ride with the new and improved suspension systems. So last week when the temperature dropped roughly 40 degrees I went to take my truck for a ride early in the morning. As soon as I got up to about 50 miles per hour the steering wheel starting jumping. Me being a car guy and pretty car savvy, knew that something had to be wrong with the balancing of the tires. And/or possible flat spots on the tires.I was so excited that I wasn't going crazy and that there was definitely something wrong with the truck.. So I immediately brought the truck in to the Nissan Dealer for service. I spoke to the Service Adviser and told him everything that was going on and he said he would take care of it. I later that day received a phone call from him saying that there is nothing they can do to fix the truck and that I would have to buy 4 brand new tires. At this point hearing that I became very upset and headed down to the dealership to talk to Neil the manager or Mike Pennachio the owner about the issue with the truck. I got a hold of Mike Pennachio the owner and he said that I had been driving the truck for 3 months and I should have noticed something was wrong and I should have brought the truck in for service earlier and that it is my fault. He said he would not buy me new tires and the expense was on me. I told him How could I have brought the truck in sooner when I didn't know there was anything wrong until a couple of days ago when the temp dropped and the tire pressure shrank making the problem with the tires more noticeable. He was very short and didn't give me any more time and said "I am not buying new tires for the truck". I later spoke to the Service Adviser and the mechanic that had been working on my truck and he told me that there were flat spots on both back tires and on one of the front tires. That all started to make sense to me now because the vehicle had been sitting on their lot for roughly a year because I had Destination/Delivery paperwork to the Dealership of delivery which was roughly on Jan 23rd, 2019. Both the mechanic and Service Adviser were on my side and agreed with my frustration in that this was not my fault that the tires had flat spots. So now I filed a complaint with the Consumers Affairs division of Nissan and my case number is 38641971 filed with Christina. I cannot believe that I even had to go that route right now to get things resolved. I've never in my 52 years been so disgusted with a dealership and its owner and his lack of care or concern for his customers. He should be ashamed of himself for handling the situation that is totally out of my control in the manner that he did. I would never, ever recommend or buy a car from the Nissan Southern 441 dealership in Royal Palm Beach ever, ever, ever again. One more note..I had never had a problem with any dealership until I bought a 2017 Kia Sportage that had ac intermittent problems of staying cool with the first year of a new cooling refrigerant for their cars...Brought the car in four times trying to fix the issue with no luck...Called consumer affairs division and made a complaint telling them I just want a new vehicle...same color same everything...Nope sir there is nothing wrong with the car they said.. So naturally, hired a lemon law attorney and won a $4500.00 judgement and they finally repaired the vehicle...What I'm saying here is usually nothing gets done until you hire a law firm, which I am expecting to do because of Dealership track records..Shame on Nissan and the owner.. More

rebuilt engine with only 6,000 mi Why is an Xterra rebuilt engine from this dealership needing a timing chain and leaking oil after only 6,000 mi from the time it was put in 2 years ag Why is an Xterra rebuilt engine from this dealership needing a timing chain and leaking oil after only 6,000 mi from the time it was put in 2 years ago up to this November @$5,000 cost to me? Isn't the work guaranteed instead of having to pay another $6,000+ to fix the problem? I bought a Datsun wagon from this dealership when it was on Okeechobee that lasted almost 200,000 mi. & had 2nd engine last over 100,00+ mi then bought 2000 Xterra on So. Mil,. location that had over 146,000 mi this year but car fax still reads the old mileage so whoever buys it at auction will think it is the original engine. Everywhere I've checked they should not need a timing chain in less than 60,000 mi. I should have gotten a 2nd opinion elsewhere and if still too much $$$$, donated the vehicle to Peggy Adams Animal Rescue league and kept my 2007 I just paid off. They get 100% of the auction and it is a donation hence tax write off. Here you only get $1,000 trade in. More
