Deceiving prices on pre certified used cars. Sticker doesn’t reflect the pre cert fee. They tried to add on a $2,800 fee for the pre certification And a $800 document fee. When we inquired with Sticker doesn’t reflect the pre cert fee. They tried to add on a $2,800 fee for the pre certification And a $800 document fee. When we inquired with the Sales Mgr, he was rude and condescending and actually crumpled up the sales agreement in front of us. I don’t recommend going there as the sales process there is deceiving and dishonest. More
