During the last week of September, I came into the dealership and spoke with Mauricio Prettel who was extremely informative and helpful. A week later, I came back into the dealership because I needed help turning off my bluetooth in my old truck. Mauricio STILL helped WITHOUT applying any pressure given the ideal opportunity!!! Two weeks later, I came back into the dealership unannounced and was greeted by Julio and he informed me Mauricio had left for the day. I called Mauricio on his cellphone and he immediately answered. He confirmed he had left for the day, however, responded courteously and efficiently to my call. As soon as I got off the phone, Mauricio got in touch with Julio and told him to find us because we were interested in test driving a Frontier. Julio was also efficient, despite the system being down. Julio's Nissan expertise was no match for mine (30 years of owning Nissans)! He showed me several new features, including my favorite, the rear automatic braking system. Julio scared his coworkers showing me this feature. Julio is a true endorser for the Nissan products! Throughout the test drive, he continued to surpise me with the explanation of the new Frontiers' features and provided various trim level options for me to choose from. When it was time to get down to the numbers, Charlie and the finance team got me where I wanted to be. I must say it was an extreme pleasure buying with this great professional obliging team! More
