Very friendly salespeople, however a week and a half later we felt we were fooled by being sold to a car that had brake problems, and the dealer did not receive the car back to repair it unless we paid for it. We had bought the car with the understanding that it had a warrantee for six months. And when we returned complaining of the breaks, they said it was not included. In the past we have bought cars from other dealers that we were able to return for problems that arose soon after the purchase and they would repair it and even gave us a loaner. By the way we had to repair the brakes with a mechanic, and it cost us $ 836.00. We can't recommend the lack of transparency with the sales personnel.

Dear Nissan Dealership Southern Boulevard, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I received during my recent visit to your dealership. Specifically, I had an unpleasant experience with a service advisor (Hernando Valencia) whose behavior and comments were unprofessional and unacceptable. On Saturday, March 8, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and I was assigned to Hernando Valencia. Unfortunately, throughout the process, Hernando Valencia made several negative and inappropriate comments that were not only unhelpful but also left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. Mr. Valencia had an attitude from the moment he spoke to me. He stated in a rude manner, “What are you here for? I explain an oil change. When he saw the coupon, his attitude intensified. I ignore him. I received a text with areas of concern for my car. After reviewing the report, I went to the advisor desk and waited for him. I share with him that some of the items on the report were incorrect. The report displayed that I needed brakes. I told Mr. Valencia my brakes were repaired in December. He told me that the mechanic does not make mistakes. The mechanic came out and walked me to my car. He stated, I really didn’t check your car. He used the information from the computer, looked at the rotors, and did not remove the car tires. Mr. Valencia made negative comments, and his attitude continued to worsen. He made several negative comments after the mechanic explained the situation to him. These comments included: 1. Why do you come here, if you don’t want to get repairs? 2. You are taking advantage of the dealership. 3. Let me look up your service history; you only come here for oil changes. 4. If you are not getting repairs, don’t come here. I did not ask for my car to have a complete diagnostic check. I made an appointment for an oil change. My coupon was for an oil change for $9.95. I asked,” Why was the total $16.00? He replied, “You have no reason to complain. You are getting over. You will not get an oil change nowhere else for $9.95. He printed the form and gave me a blank card without his information on it. However, he was the advisor for the previous oil change, and he was much nicer then. I understand that service advisors are often under pressure, but professionalism and customer care should always be a priority. The comments made were completely out of line, and I believe they do not reflect the standards of service that Nissan is known for. I trust that you take these matters seriously and will address this issue appropriately. I am hoping for a resolution and would appreciate feedback on how this situation will be handled.
