I have been a loyal customer to 441 Nissan Dealership for a couple years now. The reason I keep coming back is because of individuals like Frank who took care of the financial side of things and Jean Milou F a couple years now. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service and customer commitment at Southern 441 Nissan. We leased a vehicle at this location and were basically disowned once the paperwork was signed. It is n customer commitment at Southern 441 Nissan. We leased a vehicle at this location and were basically disowned once the paperwork was signed. It is now time to return the leased vehicle and Southern 441 Nissan has stopped communicating with us once we informed them that we would not be leasing another Nissan from them. To make matters even more inconvenient, Southern 441 Nissan is refusing to allow us to return the Nissan we leased from them to their location. They instructed us to contact Nissan customer service. We did and were told by Nissan Customer Service to return the vehicle to the dealership that we took possession of the car from. We then called Southern 441 Nissan and were told again that they are not accepting returns of leased vehicles unless we are leasing or purchasing another vehicle from their dealership. We called Nissan again at (800) 778-4211 and were again told that Southern 441 Nissan, as the dealership that leased us the vehicle, is obligated and required to accept the vehicle at lease end. We were further instructed to bring the vehicle to Southern 441 Nissan and to call Nissan at the above number if they physically refuse the vehicle. Yan, the salesperson who leased us the vehicle, called as we were on the phone with Nissan and again refused to accept the vehicle. When told that they were obligated to accept the vehicle, Yan said that "Nissan doesn't know what is going on at the dealership." We took the vehicle to the dealership and dealt with a salesman, (not Yan, he decided to stay away) and the sales manager, and indirectly with the General Manager of the site. After 2 hours and 48 minutes of senseless time wasting and multiple phone calls with Nissan at the national level, Southern 441 Nissan refused to process the lease return they profited on at the time of lease signing. The on-site managers were told to tell us to find another dealership and see if they would take the car and process the return per the owner of the dealership. It is clear, I believe at the direction of Mike Pennachio, that this is a pure business decision because there is no profit to be made on the lease return by the individual dealership. An email response from mpennachio@441nissan.com indicated that they are not making enough money on the deals, have a lack of support from Nissan, and don't want to get involved in lease returns. What about servicing the customer you ask? That is what I asked too. No answer to that. So after nearly 3 hours at the Southern 441 Nissan dealership on Southern Blvd, and countless hours on the telephone with Nissan on the national level, who couldn't believe that we were being treated like this at the place we leased the car from, we found that Greico Nissan in Delray Beach would happily process the lease return. We drove the 40 minutes (26.5 miles) down I95 and pulled into Greico Nissan on South Federal Highway. Filipe Perlaza met us at the door and was a pleasure to deal with. We were in and out in about 15 minutes and were done with this ordeal. He explained that the vehicle would simply be parked in the back parking lot until Nissan came to get it if it was not going to be purchased by the dealership. It was a single sheet of paper, a quick inspection of the vehicle, and we were on our way. Somehow, Southern 441 Nissan was not willing to take any of the 15-minute blocks contained within the nearly 3 hours we were there to complete this one sheet of paper. This is ridiculous and an incredibly poor business practice. I cannot say enough good things about Filipe and how he helped us at Greico Nissan in Delray. He had no connection to this lease but was a pleasure to deal with. Furthermore, he treated us like our time mattered and like we were his customer. He will be getting our Nissan business in the future. I highly recommend everyone contact him for your Nissan needs. More
I few year's ago I purchased a Nissan for my daughter and had a really bad experience (we were lied to by the manager) Against my better judgement a month ago I gave them a second chance and I purchased a 2 had a really bad experience (we were lied to by the manager) Against my better judgement a month ago I gave them a second chance and I purchased a 2023 Nissan pathfinder the salesman henry and the finance person were really good and a pressure to work with. However a few days after taking the car home i noticed that the intake manifold cover was missing. I contacted the sales man henry and told him it was missing. he said that he was told that that model doesn't come with the cover. I found that strange so I called another Nissan deal in the area and was told this is not true they all come with the cover it protects the top of the engine. Again this is the second time I was lied to by this dealer. all they had to do is replace it but instead lied to get out of replacing it. Overall I would say my experience was ok but I would suggest that you double check everything before you sign the finale papers. Again its sad they lied over a$80.00 cover. More
