I had the pleasure to work with Kris because my evaporator was leaking. Kris was professional and very kind in assisting me with my concerns. Service Department Review Battery Issue Called service department with electrical issue on 2017 Honda CR-V, dash display "electronic braking system failure". Called and the service staff was able to accommodate me within an hour based on my estimated travel time from home. The issue was resolved quickly with only a battery replacement necessary. The service staff was extremely friendly and helpful, explained the diagnosis and repairs, and even informed me the repair was covered by the manufacturers warranty, which coincidently was on it's last day. Warranty service After calling for two truck myself, I was contacted at 7:30 a.m. in the morning alerting me that they had my car and should hear around 9AM about it.
