I had a wonderful buying experience when I had bought my 1998 Odyssey New in 1997. I had all the required maintenance done with them and never had a problem until they expanded. I had dropped off my 1998 Odyssey because I was having intermittent starting issues on cold days and my check engine light was on. My battery was still good cause the car would start when jumped. I brought it in to have them figure what was wrong with the car. I agreed to leave it over night so they could try to replicate the problem. I called the next day around 10:40 and spoke to my service adviser Randall. I was told that his technician was not able to replicate the starting problem but they were in the process of diagnosing the "check engine" issue and will call me with what they find. I waited until 1:30 to call back and check for an update. I was told by the service operator that Randall was busy with another customer and she took my number so she could leave him a note to call me back. By 3 pm I still did not hear anything back, I called again. By this time the service operator knew who I was and personally checked on the status of my car and told me it was on HOLD. She went to find Randall and find out why it was on hold, but of course he was busy with another customer and will call me back. So I patiently waited until 5 pm and called back hoping to find progress. No such luck, but I did get to speak to Randall... and all I got from him was " I had called you 2 hours ago but it went to voice mail... We weren't able to replicate the starting issue". That just pushed me over the edge because I NEVER got a call. They never bother to further investigate the "check engine issue". I asked to speak to the service manager, but was told he had left for the day. I just told him to have the van ready because I was going to pick it up. So much for being a loyal customer. They use to have such great customer service, but since the expansion all they care about is profit. Unless you have a newer car or interested in buying car, you will be treated as a nuisance. I will NEVER go back there nor will I EVER recommend anyone to go there. More
I took my Honda in for service and while waiting for my car I spoke with my sales rep, Nick George, who has leased 2 previous to me. However I discovered I could get a new lease for just a little more a month and walk out with a new 2014 Accord with all the bells and whistles. The total time to sign up, get credit approval, sign all the documents and have the car ready for me was a little more than 1 hour. I was totally amazed. Nick is fantastic and very personable. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Nick!!! More
I purchase a Civic in Febuary 2012. The final deal included the transferring registration, tags and taxes. A few months later I received a bill for tags. I called the dealership speaking with no less then three different persons each time pointing out my written contract. No one would own the situation instead: transfer me....Finally I asked for the General Manager who conveniently was not available: I left a message for him to call me. He never returned my call. I wrote a review on this web site. In fact I had to personally go to the Florida DMV to get the sticker for my license of course costing me additional costs. After I wrote the review on the Web and it was published got a call from Tim telling me that they would clear up the issue immediately. Today almost 10 months later I received another bill for license tags and registration. Of course risking my credit rating. A clear lack of concern for the commitment to resolve this issue on their part. Obviously honoring written deals is not a part of their core values. Making a commitment to resolve this issue and not is a challenge exposing their lack of integrity I do not recommend the Southeastern Honda dealership for any purchase. They lack core business values and integrity has exposed itself in this transaction. I am embarrassed that I did business with a company with total lack of values.. More
We brought our car in to have the a/c checked out and buy the (2) cabin air filters and a rear windshield wiper. Curtis gave me a great deal on the wiper (had to be ordered) & filters told me they will inst the (2) cabin air filters and a rear windshield wiper. Curtis gave me a great deal on the wiper (had to be ordered) & filters told me they will install them "free" if I'm having service done. I said great; he said just tell the advisor. I went and told Bruce we wanted the (2) cabin filters installed he promptly tells me the cabin filters are $65 to install -- WHAT?? I have done this job myself many times, it takes all of 10-15 mins (and I'm a girl!!). Bruce also says there's only (1) cabin and (1) engine air filter. I asked are you sure? He replied "yes". There are (2) I paid for (2)and prior installs (by me) took (2). I have concerns when I now KNOW I'm being over charged to install the filters ($47 for 10-15 mins of work -- (2) filters was approx $18 total)at the price they charge that equates to $188-$282 per hour depending on if it takes 10 or 15 mins!! And, since the "advisor" said more than once the car has (1) filter when the car has (2) it makes me wonder how well will they fix my car when they don't even double check the information they're telling me. I wanted to voice my concern to the manager, Joe Porter, who did not apologize for his employees misleading statements or offer any words of confidence (I wanted to make absolutely clear they were going to call before doing any work beyond diagnostics of the problem). Instead, he said "we're obviously not going to make you happy so you should take your car somewhere else." Evidently this dealer has more business than they need-- so we said no problem. Brought the parts we just purchased back for a refund and left. By the way, we have NEVER EVER IN 26 YEARS of owning Hondas ever had an encounter with a dealer like this!! Our other vehicle is a Dodge and the dealer we take that vehicle said they will gladly take a look at our Honda's a/c and provide the services to repair it. Very sad day for Honda when a long time Honda owner has to go to the Dodge Dealer to get great customer service!! More

I've never had the desire to recommend an automobile dealership before. I have purchased two vehicles from Southeastern Honda and I would return again. If I hear of anyone considering a car purchase, I tell them to go to Southeastern Honda. The staff is professional and courteous. In particular, Tiger in the Service Department, demonstrated a very high level of service. I had an issue with my air conditioning in that it would stop working, then start again - a mind of it's own. When working, the service department was unable to find the problem. So Tiger told me to "drop by" when it wasn't working so that they may diagnose this issue. Yesterday I "dropped by"... no appointment, no warning. Tiger looked at my car, got it in for immediate service and fixed my problem. Many thanks to Tiger, and to Bobby, his supervisor, for providing exemplary service. It is good to be reminded that there are good, professional people who will take time to take care of their customers. Thank you!! More
