Dealership service department lies and rudeness to costumers I had the drivers side sliding door on our Honda Odyssey repaired by Southeastern Honda, in Palm Bay, FL. They told me the door was fixed. The follow I had the drivers side sliding door on our Honda Odyssey repaired by Southeastern Honda, in Palm Bay, FL. They told me the door was fixed. The following day, I noticed the door would close, but then immediately come open again intermittently. I brought our vehicle back and they refused to fix it without charging me. They gave me a quote of 700+ dollars, I repeatedly told them it was their responsibility, but instead of fixing it, they told me the mechanic looked at it and it was fine and their was no charge. I believe they said this because they weren't getting extra money from me. When got our vehicle back the second time, the door would come back open every other time I tried to close it. I looked at the track which guides the door and saw that it was loose and is triggering the sensor in the door to come back open. If I could see the problem, I am sure the mechanic could see it. Not to mention the service center employee, Allison E Ortner was extremely rude and should not be speaking to costumers that way. More
Excellent Class Act Service Upon arriving , we were greeted by Luke . He is friendly , well mannered and a pleasant young gentleman. I had a coupon for an oil change ; no problems , no excess waiting , plus we were given vouchers for snacks and refreshments . I was genuinely impressed with the overall treatment we received . All went as anticipated ; I chatted briefly with Luke and he was as mentioned earlier a customer service pro. In addition , the facility was clean . I would highly recommend service here. Thank you . Customer experience is back. I hate writing reviews,but sometime u have to bite the bullet. Especially when you have an experience,that wants you to write a review. I have a bank I hate writing reviews,but sometime u have to bite the bullet. Especially when you have an experience,that wants you to write a review. I have a bank owned 2015 Honda Civic SI,the bank allows me to drive it,since I am current on my monthly payments. lol. Anyways, engine light came on, so stopped the car,turned the car off,and waited 5min....when I started it,low and behold the light was still on. The nearest Honda store was Southeastern Honda, in Melbourne. Head over there,talked to the front staff,took a seat,some lady approached me,and introduced herself as Cheyl the service manager. She let me know that everything will be taken care of,and will get the car in to look at,as soon as a bay is available. I was fine with that....not too long after,cheryl lets me know that my car is ready. Explained to me,that if you don't change the oil at service intervals,the light will stay on...so an easy fix basically. My experience though red faced,was a joy...I will most certainly bring my car back. More
cut and program 2 keys on 4/14/2017 I purchased 2 complete keys for my widowed mothers honda accord that she had purchased from a private key seller. She called honda and they said they I purchased 2 complete keys for my widowed mothers honda accord that she had purchased from a private key seller. She called honda and they said they could program and cut both keys for $90.00 total. So we scheduled a appointment to have them cut and programmed. My mom went to get the keys done and the service tech said he couldn't program the keys. The tech sold her one key for almost $200.00 when i got home from work the chips were missing from the keys we took in to get cut and programmed. the tech threw away the 2 chips for are keys making the keys non programmable. She didn't know and had no choice but to buy the key from honda. We called southeastern honda because that's were she purchased the car new More
Horrible service Sucks I took my car in for a warranty airbag replacement granted it is a Michigan car but my exhaust was only two years old I came back and it's incredibly I took my car in for a warranty airbag replacement granted it is a Michigan car but my exhaust was only two years old I came back and it's incredibly loud and they want 700 and some dollars to fix my exhaust system I will never ever go to Southeastern Honda again they are absolutely horrible they wouldn't even look at it for less than $100 when I first called them they always put the pressure on the customer to say oh it's your mistake it's your mistake they take no responsibility for More
