Without a car for additional full day They supposedly fixed a key-related issue with my driver side door a couple of months ago. Months later when I had to use the actual mechanical key it They supposedly fixed a key-related issue with my driver side door a couple of months ago. Months later when I had to use the actual mechanical key it would not unlock the car. Had to return the vehicle for another full day’s worth of service and was without a car for a second time due to their poor workmanship and not testing the original repair work. More

above and beyond Service Consultant Allison Ortner went above and beyond to help resolve an ongoing problem with drive shaft and front suspension. A couple weeks afte Service Consultant Allison Ortner went above and beyond to help resolve an ongoing problem with drive shaft and front suspension. A couple weeks after the warranty expired, service department was able to pinpoint the problem. Allison went to work for us and arranged for a large portion of the bill to be covered under "Customer Goodwill." She did all this in a professional manner with a smile on her face. More
