Hope the dealership realizes the quality personnel they have in Tim. Wish the shuttle service was a little more efficient. The guys are really nice, but having to go in the opposite direction before getting home not convenient. More

2019 Type R's first oil change Got me in immediately at my appointment, and respected my car. TPS sensor went off after I left the dealership though, which I found odd, but was la Got me in immediately at my appointment, and respected my car. TPS sensor went off after I left the dealership though, which I found odd, but was late to an appointment so i couldn't turn around. The Type R's tires I'm sure have a specific psi rating, so if the service department automatically sets all cars to 35psi by default, then that should be handled differently, since every car is different. Other than that, I had no issues with (who I believe was Donna, could be wrong) at all, just with the TPS sensor going off when that should not of happened. More
My service visit I entered the service area and see a few folks in Honda shirts on computers, theres 4 of them. In front of me on my left is am empty desk. So I just I entered the service area and see a few folks in Honda shirts on computers, theres 4 of them. In front of me on my left is am empty desk. So I just kinda stand around awkwardly looking around for someone to greet me for maybe 10 mins. Then another Honda person shows up at the front desk, only as soon as he sits down I realize it's not the front desk it's just his desk with just happens to be in the front. now we both make eye contact and I can immediately tell from the look on his face that he's already got something on his mind. "Sir is anybody helping you I'm in the middle of something right now if you don't mind waiting" Finally I get some acknowledgement. now what I fail to mention is that out of the four redshirted employees only three of them actually had customers with them. There was one without a customer but I will say she was looking at her computer so maybe she didn't see me. Anyways moving on so the front desk guy says to me sir you might not want to stand too close to my desk the other Representatives might think that I'm helping you. This made me laugh in my head but I said okay and I kind of took a few steps away from his desk closer to the middle of the doormat. After a few minutes of tapping at his computer he looks behind him and realizes that his fellow employee doesn't quite have a customer so yeah so she can help me which she says yes. from there on it was pretty much my typical experience of getting service I only have to wait about an hour for my car to get serviced I paid with no problems I left with no problems. If I had one suggestion maybe you need a dedicated employee to greet people when they walk in so that people don't just kind of wander in or get choked up at the entrance. I don't fault any of the employees they look like they are all very busy and I know if someone just walked into my office I wouldn't necessarily be able to drop what I'm doing to greet them. More
